    President / Owner

    With decades of experience spanning from sawmills to finished interiors, Mike brings practical expertise and long-term vision to every part of the business. He leads TorZo with a deep respect for materials, people, and purposeful design.

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Sarah works with architects, designers, and builders to help move projects from concept to completion. She helps make sure customers get exactly what they’re looking for, keeps communication flowing with the shop, and is always happy to talk through new ideas or potential projects.

    Plant Manager

    With decades of experience in wood products, Rodney keeps the heartbeat of our shop steady. He’s hands-on every day overseeing production, fine-tuning workflow, and making sure every product we manufacture meets our standards before it heads out the door.

    Admin & Accounting

    Jenn keeps the wheels turning — entering orders, bookkeeping, and the day-to-day details that make everything run smoothly. If you’ve called the office, you’ve probably heard her voice first.

    Emma keeps our social media active, our samples moving, and our ideas flowing. From sharing the latest projects online to getting materials into designers’ hands, she helps connect great ideas with the people who can bring them to life.

    Lagun Lipke

    Director of Security

    Lagun keeps us safe one bark at a time. Most days, you’ll find him stationed in Mike’s office, acting as our unofficial doorbell and keeping an eye (and ear) on the front door. When he’s off duty, he takes his role as nap supervisor and snack monitor just as seriously.
